The Owner will come to your home to meet with you and listen to what you would like to have done.

He would then take measurements and notes or do whatever is appropriate for a particular job.

If drawings are needed we do in-house design and the customer can hire us to do the drawings pertaining to the job.

If drawings are done or if drawings are not necessary the owner and customer would then meet and go over everything so that all expectations are met..

Next a contract would be drawn up to be looked over by the customer and all questions and concerns would be addressed.

All parties would then sign and date the contract, and at that time, make a down payment. (usually 10% of the contract price with increments due at different stages of the project and balance due upon completion.)

All necessary permits would then be gotten and referring to the previously agreed time, the project would begin.

The owner oversees the work site on a daily basis and is always available to communicate with.

Our work is finished when the homeowner is completely satisfied.

All workmanship is Guaranteed for a period of 2 years. In the event something needs to be addressed, it will be taken care of within the 2 year guarantee.
