We guarantee workmanship for 2 years from completion of the project.

Do you provide references?

Yes, we have many references that we would be happy to provide anyone who would want them.

Do you pull all the required permits and will they be included in the price of the contract?

Yes, we do pull all the required permits that are needed for a specific job and they are included in the contract.

Do you itemize your bid?

Depending on the type of work that is to be done, if it requires that the bid be itemized we will itemize it.

How long have you been in business?

We have been established since 1983.

May I go see some of your completed projects?

We can provide the name, address and phone number to a completed project, and if the homeowner agrees, then you may see the project.

What is your payment schedule?

We require 10% down, and payments due at certain phases of completion, and then there is a balance due upon completion of the entire project.

Does the contract include a start and finish date?

We usually provide a start and finish date, but we always let the customer know that there are variables that could alter the dates started. For example: an unexpected delay due to the weather.

Is there a 3 day right to cancel a contract if necessary?

Yes, with all contracts, there is a 3 day right to cancel form, that you will sign.

Will all my changes or additions to my contract be in writing?

All changes, no matter how small will be in writing (in the form of a change order). Signed and dated by you the consumer and also signed by the contractor.
